  15. Get Soße für die Summer Rolls:
  16. Take 2 EL Soja-Soße
  17. Take 1 EL Mirin
  18. Make ready 1/2 EL Reisessig
  19. Make ready 1/2 Limette
  20. Prepare 1 EL Austern-Soße
  21. Make ready 3/4 TL Braunen Zucker
  22. Get 1 EL Sweet Chili Soße
  23. Get Gerösteter Sesam

  6. Mische Scampis (oder Hühnchen), das Gemüse, die Mango, die Cashews, die Sweet Chili Soße und den Saft der Limette in einer Schüssel.
  7. Nimm ein nasses Küchentuch und lege es als deine Arbeitsfläche aus.
  8. Nimm nun die einzelnen Reispapiere aus der Packung und lass das erste Papier für ca. 15 Sekunden unter warmen, laufendem Wasser weich werden. Sobald das Reispapier eine andere Konsistenz annimmt und sich biegen lässt, kannst du es wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, befüllen.
  9. Starte besser erst mit etwas weniger Füllung und steigere dich nach und nach.
  10. Mische alle Zutaten der Soße miteinander. Mit der Soße schmecken lassen.
