Mit Salz, Pfeffer und dem Oregano abschmecken. Die Bolognese auf kleiner Flamme 2 Stunden köcheln lassen.
  2. Nudeln in reichlich gesalzen Wasser bissfest kochen. Bei uns gibt es nur noch selbstgemachte Pasta mit dem Pastamaker 😀
  3. Spaghetti nun mit der Bolognese anrichten und mit Parmesan bestreuen. Eine andere Variante ist das ganze mit geriebenen Käse zu überbacken
