  5. Den Parmesankäse grob reiben.
  6. Zuletzt die Tortillas in der Mikrowelle erwärmen.
  7. Nun geht es ans Belegen: Auf die Mitte der Tortilla werden erst die Bohnen, dann die Crème Fraîche und zuletzt der Käse verteilt. Optional können jetzt noch weitere Zutaten zur Füllung, z.B. Rührei oder in Scheiben geschnittene Avocados, ergänzt werden.
