- Wir beginnen mit dem Dressing. In einer großen Schüssel alle Zutaten miteinander vermischen und dann mit Salz, Pfeffer und den anderen Gewürzen abschmecken. Von den Limetten und der Zitrone die Schale reiben (am besten Zesten ziehen) und dann den Saft auspressen. Beides zum Dressing geben. Schüssel bei Seite stellen.
- Die Karotten dünn schälen und dann mit einer Reibe in die Schüssel mit dem Dressing reiben. Gut vermengen und beiseite stellen.
- Den weißen und roten Kohl fein hacken/schneiden und dann ebenfalls in die Schüssel geben. Alles gut durchmengen und beiseite stellen.
- Die Zwiebel fein hacken und in den Salat geben. Die Chili ebenfalls sehr fein hacken und zum Salat geben. Alles gut durchmengen und für mindestens 4 h kaltstellen. So kann alles durchziehen, besser sogar über Nacht stehen lassen.
- Vor dem Servieren gut durchmengen und anschließend in eine Servierschale geben, mit Petersilie garnieren.
