  2. Make ready 200 g Hähnchenschenkel
  3. Prepare 3 Gemüsezwiebeln

  6. Take 2-3 Esslöffel süße indonesische Sojasauce
  7. Take Sambal Oelek/Sambal Manis/Mango Chutney/eingelegter Ingwer
  8. Make ready 2 Beutel Gewürzmischung Nasi Goreng/Nasi Kruiden Mischung

Dann das in mundgerechte Stücke geschnittene Puten- & Hähnchenfleisch zugeben und scharf anbraten. Dann den Reis zugeben und die vorgeweichten Kräuter unterheben und alles kräftig durchmischen. Zum Abschmecken die Sojasauce und Sambal Oelek und Sambal Manis nach Gusto.
  5. Wir servieren unser NASI-GORENG immer mit vielen verschiedenen Beilagen wie zum Beispiel Erdnüsse, Preiselbeeren, Gewürzgürkchen, Rote Beete und gebratenen bzw. frittierten Bananenstücken, halben Birnen bzw. Pfirsichen - ebenfalls aus der Pfanne.
