- Den Ofen auf 180 Grad Celsius vorheizen und die Quiche in den Ofen geben.
- Nach 30 Minuten Backzeit die Pistazienkerne auf der Quiche verteilen.
- Insgesamt wird die Quiche 40 Minuten lang goldbraun gebacken.
