  1. Knoblauchzehe, Zwiebel und Frühlingszwiebeln fein schneiden und mit Öl in einen Topf geben.
  2. Zucchini, Paprika und Karotte in kleine Stückchen schneiden. Mais und Bohnen in einem Sieb abtropfen lassen.
  3. Die Zwiebeln im Topf glasig braten und die Gemüsestücke, Mais und Bohnen nach und nach dazugeben.
  4. Wenn alles leicht angebraten ist, geben Sie die passierten Tomaten dazu und kochen alles noch einmal auf und würzen Sie alles nach Belieben.
  5. Geben Sie nun jeweils einen großen Löffel (2 EL) in einen Tortilla Wrap und legen Sie diese dann in eine Auflaufform.
  6. Bestreuen Sie nun alles mit dem geriebenen Käse.
  7. Schieben Sie die Aufflaufform bei 200 Grad für ca. 15 min in den Ofen.
