  1. Safran in heißes Wasser geben.
  2. Olivenöl in eine große Pfanne geben (keine Teflon Beschichtung). In dem erhitzten Öl den Reis anbraten..nach 5 Min. die Schalotten, roten Zwiebeln sowie den Knoblauch hinzugeben, anbraten und anschließend mit dem Weißwein ablöschen.
  3. Pfeffer, Kurkuma oder Curry sowie den Safran beigeben, weiterhin Spice Paprikapulver oder Cayennepfeffer und etwas Salz beigeben.
  4. Nun gießen wir das Ganze mit ein "wenig" Brühe auf.. geben dann Paprika, Tomaten und die spanische Salami hinzu. Abgedeckt das Ganze 5 Minuten köcheln lassen, dann die Erbsen zugeben sowie unsere Meeresfrüchte / Frutti Di Mare und wieder ein wenig Brühe, dann das Knurhahnfilet, die Tiger Prawns sowie die Grünlippmuscheln.
  5. Immer wieder kontrollieren, ob genügend Flüssigkeit für den Garprozess vorhanden ist, bis die Muscheln und die Tiger Prawns gar sind. Die Muscheln auch noch mal einige Male umdrehen und mit dem Muschelfleisch im Sud köcheln lassen!
  6. Mit frischer Petersilie bestreuen, mit der geviertelten Zitrone servieren und fertig.. eine leckere Fisch Paella ist entstanden und sie hat wunderbar geschmeckt! Viel Spaß beim Nachkochen. / Bon appetit - Guten Appetit
