  3. Den Guss aus Feta, dem geriebenen Käse, den 3 Eiern, der Milch und der Sahne verquirlen, mit Oregano, Salz und Pfeffer würzen und über die Zucchini gießen.
  4. Den Ofen auf 180 Grad Celsius vorheizen und die Quiche in den Ofen geben.
  5. Nach 30 Minuten Backzeit die Pistazienkerne auf der Quiche verteilen.
  6. Insgesamt wird die Quiche 40 Minuten lang goldbraun gebacken.
