Es kann einen Moment dauern, bis sich der Teig gut mit den Eiern vermischt hat. Am Ende sollte es ein glatter, geschmeidiger, aber dennoch zäher Teig sein
  3. Noch mal durchkneten und kleine Bällchen formen. Das Eigelb mit dem EL Wasser verrühren und die damit einpinseln!
  4. Auf ein Backblech mit Backpapier legen und für 15-20 Min. bei 200 °C Grad im Ofen backen. Beim backen muss man hin und wieder gucken, sie werden je nach Herd von unten auch sehr schnell dunkel, aber zu hell sollten sie auch nicht sein
