- Den Teig 1 Stunde in einer zugedeckten Schüssel (z.B mit Plastikfolie) gehen lassen. Nach 1 Stunde den Teig mit ein bisschen Mehl nochmal kneten und in eine längliche Form zurecht legen und dann teilen.
- Den Teig in kleinere Portionen teilen (ca. 40 g) und jede Portion kneten und in Kugeln formen. Dann die Kugeln in eine gefettete Form nebeneinander legen und 1 Stunde zugedeckt gehen lassen.
- Danach mit dem Eiweiß bestreichen und bei 180 Grad Celsius für ca. 25-30 Minuten im Ofen backen. Wenn sie fertig gebacken und noch warm sind, einfach voneinander trennen und genießen.
