  1. Prepare 600 g Weizenmehl
  2. Get 1 Würfel Hefe (od. 2 Tüten Trockenhefe)
  3. Make ready 250 ml lauwarme Milch
  4. Take 50 g Margarine (geschmolzen)
  5. Take 1/2 TL Zucker
  6. Prepare 2 Eier
  7. Take 1 gewürfelte Zwiebel
  8. Take 1 gewürfelten Knobi
  9. Make ready 250 g Hackfleisch
  10. Make ready 1 EL Paprikapaste
  11. Make ready 1 EL Tomatenmark
  12. Get 250 ml passierte Tomaten
  13. Make ready 250 g Blattspinat
  14. Prepare 150 g Feta/Schafskäse
  15. Make ready 3-4 EL Naturjoghurt
  16. Take Salz, Pfeffer, Chili
  17. Make ready 1-2 mittlere Rispentomaten
  18. Take Schwarzer Sesam
  19. Take 1 Eigelb

IPA(key): /ˈpide/. pide (countable and uncountable, plural pides). Turkish flatbread traditionally prepared during Ramadan. Instructions to make Pide:
  1. Hefe ins Mehl bröckeln, mit Eiern, Milch, Margarine und Zucker verkneten. 1 Std. im Warmen zugedeckt ruhen lassen.
  2. Spinat mit der Hälfte vom Knobi und den Zwiebeln in etwas Öl anbraten, dann etwas abkühlen lassen, ausdrücken und mit dem Feta (gewürfelt) vermengen. Würzen mit Salz & Pfeffer & Chili.
  3. Hackfleisch mit restlichen Zwiebeln & Knobi anbraten, Tomatenmark & Paprikapaste zugeben, kurz mit anrösten und mit den passierten Tomaten ablöschen, salzen, pfeffern, Chili dazu, etwas einköcheln lassen.
  4. Aus dem Teig 4 Ovale formen, diese nun nach Lust & Laune mit Spinat-Feta oder Hackfleischfüllung und evtl. mit Tomatenscheiben belegen. Bei der Spinatversion je 1-2 EL Joghurt auf den Teig. Achtung: Einen breiten Rand Teig ringsum frei lassen. Diesen dann einschlagen und an den Längsenden zusammendrehen dann. Rand mit Eigelb bestreichen, Sesam anbringen, 25 min auf 2 Backblechen mit Backpapier bei 200 Grad Umluft backen.
