Die Hitze reduzieren und die Mischung weitere 4 bis 5 Minuten kochen, bis das Karamell hellbraun und dickflüssig geworden ist und sich von den Rändern der Pfanne löst, dann auf dem Mürbeteigboden verteilen und abkühlen lassen.
  4. Wenn das Karamell fest geworden ist, die Schokolade im Wasserbad schmelzen und über dem Karamell verteilen, erneut komplett abkühlen lassen. Zum Servieren in kleine Quadrate oder Rechteck schneiden.
