  3. Ein kleines Stück Teig nehmen ihn auf die Handfläche geben und flach drücken. Das Ei darauf legen und von oben nach unten, links nach rechts verschließen und dann zu einem Ball formen. Derweil ich das mache schon mal das Öl in einem Topf auf mittlere Hitze erhitzen.
  4. Die Rolls in das Öl geben und immer wieder mit dem Schaumlöffel wenden, sodass sie von allen Seiten goldbraun werden. Auf einem Zewa abtropfen lassen.
