- Das Putengeschnetzeltes in einem Esslöffel Olivenöl rundum braten, mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen, die Hälfte der gebratenen Schalotten unterheben und alles beiseite stellen.
- Die Champignons putzen, in Scheiben schneiden, in einem Esslöffel Olivenöl braten, mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen, den Rest der gebratenen Schalotten unterheben und alles beiseite stellen.
- Die Möhren und die Salatgurke waschen, schälen, fein raspeln bzw. in kleine Würfel schneiden. Die Tomaten, die Paprika und die Salatmischung waschen, putzen und jeweils in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden.
- Die fertig gebackenen Pizza-Bowls leicht abgekühlt aus den Formen lösen und dekorativ mit den Zutaten füllen.
- Das Dressing aus Senf, gehacktem Knoblauch, Essig, Öl, Joghurt und frisch gehackter Petersilie anrühren, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und zu den Pizza-Bowls servieren.
